Apply today!SummaryThe Program Manager is responsible for managing ongoing client programs and ensuring that CellCarta delivers on time, within budget and as per expectations of our clients. As such, the Program Manager interacts with clients, Management, as well as Scientific and Operational teams to lead programs to completion, drive project progress and manage project financial health.Responsibilities

  • Manage client projects and programs (multiple ongoing projects for the same client) from initiation to closure;
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope specified in contractual agreements;
  • Manage changes in project scope, timelines and budget;
  • Coordinate and engage internal resources for flawless project execution;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders (primary contact for client);
  • Develop project/program plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility;
  • Track progress against project plans and set review meetings / dates to ensure projects remain on target;
  • Intervene to resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions or interventions wherever gaps in projects or programs are identified;
  • Report and escalate to senior leadership as needed.
Education
  • M.Sc. in life sciences.
Main Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar client-facing/project management role;
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of techniques for planning and managing projects/programs in terms of scope, schedule and budget;
  • Excellent client management skills;
  • Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise and engage project teams to deliver as per contractual obligations;
  • Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Hybrid work schedule: 4 days remote, 1 day in-office.
