Apply today and take the first step towards an exciting new career with CellCarta!Summary Reporting to the Director, Scientific Laboratory Operations, the Group Leader, Project Leads, will oversee the project leads and ensure that the services provided are performed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. They are responsible for aligning project execution with organizational goals, mentoring project leads, and ensuring excellence in delivery, collaboration, and performance.ResponsibilitiesMore specifically, you will participate in the following:

  • Perform day-to-day oversight of the project lead team;
  • Monitor the progress of active projects led by the team, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met;
  • Monitor the work of the assigned team to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery;
  • Serve as a point of escalation for critical issues, providing guidance and solutions to the assigned team;
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between departments involved in project execution;
  • Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools to improve team capabilities and delivery consistency;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team;
  • Identify staff training needs and opportunities for career development;
  • Foster a collaborative team culture that promotes accountability, transparency, and innovation.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
Main Requirements
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role (equivalent relevant experience will be considered);
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities;
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Exceptional attention to detail; process-oriented, meticulous, and committed to producing high-quality work;
  • Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Working Conditions
  • Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% onsite).
