Job Description

The AA II is one of the first points of contact between walk-in clients and inbound calls, is responsible for greeting clients in a friendly and courteous manner, as well as coordinating the flow of calls. Responsible for other general office duties listed below:Responsibilities

  • Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service and following the Assured™ Approach
  • 1st on answering multi-line phone system and directing client inquiries
  • 2nd on directing walk-in clients and processing client payments according to the needs of the insurance company and policies
  • 2nd on claims updates (opening and closing)
  • Verify client documents for accuracy and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Commercial Invoicing
  • Issue certificates of insurance when required
  • Assist with direct bill reconciliations
  • Month end reports
  • Assist with yearend clean up
  • Back up for Account Administrator I and Senior Account Administrator positions
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education required:
  • Grade 12
  • Post-Secondary Diploma in Administration considered an asset
Qualifications:
  • Multi-line phone/switchboard experience
  • Microsoft Word/Excel; Outlook, Epic
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail
