Client Care Representative Morinville Veterinary ClinicMorinville, AB*We have a fantastic career opportunity at Morinville Veterinary Clinic!We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Care Representative for a position at our hospital. This part-time position will be divided equally between providing excellent patient and client care, hospital upkeep and assisting veterinarians and technicians. Morinville Veterinary Clinic has been proudly serving our community in Morinville, for over 35 years. This is a perfect opportunity to work in a challenging yet supportive environment where learning and development opportunities are endless.Job Responsibilities

  • Working alongside our veterinarians and technicians to care for patients
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital
  • Communication with clients
  • Invoicing clients, answering phones
  • Feeding, cleaning and walking hospitalized patients
  • Sterilizing and preparing surgical equipment
  • Keeping up with hospital laundry
  • Administrative duties
  • Other duties, as required
**Job Requirements:As our ideal candidate, you will:**
  • Be comfortable handling animals
  • Have knowledge of and the ability to learn basic veterinary terminology
  • Have prior experience assisting with medical procedures, administering medication and client care
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have prior experience with or the ability to learn Avimark software
  • Be comfortable working under pressure, while keeping calm
  • Be proactive and take initiatives to work effectively without supervision
  • Be a team player
  • Be able to prioritize your workload
  • Be willing to work evenings, some weekends and holidays.
  • Bona Fida requirement: Able to lift 50 pounds
