Job Description

Advanced Glass Inc is a busy and growing automotive, commercial and residential glass business, looking to fill a Managerial role, as soon as possible. Are you experienced in all aspects of the glass business and looking for a long term career with unlimited potential If you have the required skill set, we want to meet you.   • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate all glass shop daily operations, including but not limited to: automotive, commercial and residential sales and services
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Recruit, hire and train staff
  • Manage and resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Glass shop experience
Business Equipment and Computer Skills
  • Word processing, spreadsheet, accounting software, electronic mail
  • Point of sale system
