Housing maintenance workerFull timeJob posting #22-65Position Summary: We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Housing Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Housing Maintenance Worker will be responsible for general maintenance of Muskeg Lake Band Buildings.Primary Duties· Complete assigned work orders· Handling basic repairs and maintenance of MLCN homes, and buildings· Assist in duties from other programs when needed· After hours emergency calls· Provide estimate for purchase order requests to complete work orders· Report any building maintenance dutiesQualifications: · High school diploma/GED required, or work experience· Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under minimal supervision· Handle basic maintenance, building repairs· Basic plumbing knowledge· Ability to use equipment/tools· Capacity to take direction· Strong attention to detail· Valid Driver’s License· If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to provide a CPIC & VSCApply by sending a resume, cover leter and three (3) references with subject title Housing Maintenance Worker #22-65 by December 18, 2022 at 4:30 PM CST.
