Job Description

The Night Audit/Front Desk/Hotel Support role is an important part of the Guest Services team responsible for overnight operations of the Inn. This role has a reduced level of guest contact, however as the only member of the Guest Services staff, a high level of customer services is required. Night Audit/Front Desk/Hotel Support will complete a variety of tasks overnight from guest billing, reconciliation, and data entry, as well as some regular housecleaning duties.Key Responsibilities

  • Address all needs of guest needs, offering in depth knowledge of the Inn + Restaurant’s offerings
  • Forecasting arrivals and departures to ensure smooth processes and billing accuracy.
  • Handling guest room cash outs.Reservations for Inn and Restaurant, Check Ins/Check Outs
  • Handling any overnight guest issues and requests as needed.
  • Handle daily housekeeping/night cleaning duties
  • Assist with breakfast set up as needed
  • Additional duties and collaboration with other departments. Role evolves as Naramata Inn and employees evolve.
