The Resort is comprised of 13 cottages and 6 Lodge guestrooms, and is located in the exclusive lakeshore community of Naramata.In cooperation with the owners, we rely on our managers to carry out all hospitality standards and services that help create the best possible guest experience. The position calls for an understanding of the day-to-day operations, as well as the ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks, sales and marketing initiatives, and daily problem solving, while delivering exceptional service. With a strong understanding of guest/staff expectations and good communication skills, the management team will be essential to the continued success of our Resort.Applicants must have proven experience in the hospitality sector and a commitment to extraordinary service.
