Empire Deck and Interlock is a rapidly growing residential hardscaping contractor. We offer a stable environment with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility.We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team.Duties of the Administrative Assistant are: Inventory system management , Material ordering , Invoice and client payment processing , Permit processing , Change order processing , Inventory management , Updating cost control and budget management systems , Other administration as required (supplier reconciliations etc.)What we are looking for: College Diploma or University degree , High attention to detail is essential , Strong communication skills required , Experience in Excel , Interested in learning and taking on new challenges , Experience working in the construction industry preferred, but not required.Benefits of working at Empire: Stable, full time year round employment , Salary and performance based bonus offered , Supplementary health benefitsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $24.00-$26.00 per hourBenefits:
