Our mission is to exceed the demands of our customers and employees, under a safe working environment, where service and quality are at the forefront.We have an immediate opening for a Forklift Operator.We are looking for a motivated and safety-oriented forklift operator to join and grow with our team. In this role, you will ensure the safe operation of our equipment and handling of our products, which are essential to our operations. We are looking for motivated and positive individuals to grow with our team.Hours: Monday to Friday (9 Hour Regular Shift Mon-Thurs, 8 hour shift on Friday). Overtime available.Wage: $28.45/hour (PLUS $4.35/hour Union Pension and $2.30/hour Benefits Contribution = $35.10/hour all inclusive)Additional pay: Overtime Pay, Bonus PayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentRequirements:

• Performing pre-start inspections of equipment
• Handling, moving and organizing multiple shapes and sizes of precast concrete pieces
• Preparing loads for delivery and loading customers
• Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries and ensuring proper storage and documentation
• Maintain consistent, effective communication
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain equipment and a clean and safe working environment
• Finding solutions to possible challenges that arise throughout the day
• Submitting paperwork to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 Years Forklift Experience
• Experience with Large Forklifts (25,000 lbs. capacity +) is preferred
• Able to manually lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to quality customer service by utilizing excellent communication skills
• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow all established procedures and regulations
• Self-Motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and suggest corrective action
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
