Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales person to join our team. If you are a self-directed and goal-oriented team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, and want to build a life long career, APPLY NOW!The ideal candidate must be OMVIC licensed and have a minimum of 1 year experience in auto sales. Candidate must also have above average computer skills.Key Responsibilities

  • Understand clients needs and concerns in order to provide exceptional service and reach customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information about each vehicle by using the established methods and perform test drives with clients
  • Follow all communication procedures and industry guidelines (including OMVIC and MVDA standards)
  • Keep an organized record of customer interactions and file documents by using established tools
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email or texting and answer questions and set up appointments
- We give a $1500 bonus on top of your commission pay for every 15 units sold per month- Base and commission pay structure with no CAP- 5 days a week.
