Reporting to the Kitchen Manager you will be able to:Bake cakes, desserts, bread, muffins, scones, cookies and squares from standardized recipesDecorate desserts and cakesPrepare bread doughs, proof, bake & package finished productInventory & organize suppliesInventory bakery products to prepare for productionMaintain the cleanliness of the bakeryTo be considered for this position, you will need to:In an 8-hour shift, stand or walk for 6-8 hours, as well bend, stretch and lift up to 50lbBe a morning person - our baking shifts start at 4am, sometimes earlierBe available weekdays and weekendsHave a reliable form of transportationHave completed a baking or culinary programHave current food handlers certificatePart-time hours: 30-40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
