Non-AffiliatedThank you for considering the Ottawa Catholic School Board as a potential Employer.Description: The Housekeeper organizes and prepares daily snacks and meals for dependently handicapped students; maintains cleanliness of preparation and eating areas and does laundry; and performs other duties, as assigned.Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: Grade 10 education; a minimum of two (2) years housekeeping, cooking experience; good knowledge of nutrition values; previous experience dealing with handicapped children. First Aid and CPR are considered an asset.Status: Casual Housekeepers must be available to work on call during regular school hours.Salary: The hourly wage is $20.02/hour per hour plus 4% in lieu of vacation payThe successful candidate will be required to comply with the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy Staff and Visitor COVID-19 Mandatory Testing and Vaccination Policy for the health and safety of students, staff and the broader school board community.How to Apply: All applications for Casual Housekeepers must be submitted through Apply to Education.
