Job Description

As a life insurance Sales Associate within our agency, you will provide existing and new clientele with life insurance advice and planning to match their own individual needs while developing an understanding of each clients unique financial situation. You will be responsible for creating a referral base of your own as well as becoming a center of influence within your network’s and building on those relationships with existing and new clients while offering solutions to their life insurance needs.What you bring:

  • Your ability to build trust and maintaining relationships with your clients
  • Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) License. If not currently licensed, must be willing to take it within the first month
  • Ability to work independently, self-management skills to complete necessary activities in a timely fashion and manage competing priorities
  • Consistency and motivation toward setting and achieving goals It is a FULL-TIME commission-based opportunity with a very high potential for growth
