Sales / Business Development ManagerOttawa Builder Sales (OBS) is actively seeking a seasoned sales professional, to both oversee our current sales team and take our Business to the next level in sales volume.About us: We have been established for over twenty years, working in harmony with our primary manufacturers, allowing us to be extremely competitive, in the wholesale distribution of residential windows, exterior doors and sliding patio doors, within our target market of residential new construction and mid-rise sectors in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.The Position: To provide a professional and collective approach in monitoring our existing client base with respect to current Residential activity and Builder’s anticipated projections and tendering of the mid rise sector. Correlating this information into annual sales projections and establishing and monitoring sales targets.To actively seek out new residential and mid rise opportunities within our target marketplace and to build a client base of your own.Work with our internal Accounting and service departments and suppliers to facilitate information transfer.Prerequisites: Community college certificate in Construction sector studies or University Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years experience in a sales management.Must be able to read Architectural plans, have previous working experience with working on computers.(experience with salesforce would be a great help.)Work location is our office, with opening hours: 8-4, M-F.You must provide your own transportation.We are offering an attractive salary, plus commissionWe provide: a business casual, professional work environment, and all the tools required to ensure your success.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
