Job Description

We want someone to play an integral role in our team by becoming our newest Moving Sales Rep. We offer a friendly and dynamic workspace where you can truly fulfil yourself.This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a challenging and rewarding role!The successful candidate will be required to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.Responsibilities:

  • Answering and screening incoming calls - handling general inquiries related to moves and/or take messages as needed.
  • Use a sales approach to build rapport and assist customers with their moving needs by creating an inventory of their household items and preparing an accurate quote for their move.
  • Provide an In-house estimate for moves as per the requirement of customers.
  • Providing assistance to drivers in preparing the bill of ladings and invoices to give it to customers.
  • Provide and take information from clients over the phone, send quotes and perform other clerical duties.
  • Processing new orders, changes, additions, deletions and cancellations.
  • Communicating directly with the clients to follow up or obtain additional information.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms
  • Input data into computerized databases system.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
Requirements:
  • Experienced in sales role (1 year).
  • Active Listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Strong closing ability is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Must possess a positive, pro-active attitude and be a team player.
  • Detail minded.
  • Eager, willing, and able to learn.
