Job Description

Sales PersonThe Outside Sales Person will be the face of the company and promote the company and our services to the prospective new clients. This position is responsible for closing sales, cost estimates, marketing, and presenting the results in a format suitable for use by the Client, Project Manager and Team.Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new clients through aggressive prospecting and networking.
  • Educate clients on the industry with an understanding of contracts and pricing structures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Hit weekly/monthly activity and sales goals and tract records in our CRM.
  • Prepare development, construction and operating cost estimates based on the latest data available.
  • Assist in other areas required
Qualifications
  • Metrics driven sales “hunter” with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate.
  • Possess excellent prospecting, presentation and networking skills.
  • This position must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and posses above average written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to work will in a team environment is also essential for this position.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
