Reporting to Java’s Director of Systems, the M-Files Systems Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing Java’s Global M-Files Training Program andto provide the training leadership which will ensure that Java Group personnel understand M-Files features and benefits, have a detailed understanding of how to use the software tool for the purposes of its application, and are effective in doing so.The M-Files Systems Training Specialist must possess excellent communication and instructional skills, be customer service oriented, and must be able to explain the concepts to end users in a clear and concise way.
