Nieboer Farm Supplies is a full-service agricultural dealership located 2 minutes outside of Nobleford Alberta. We are looking to fill a full-time Shop Supervisor in the Service Dept. Acting as the Senior Mechanic and Service Technician, the Shop Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision of service department staff to ensure that quality standards and productivity requirements are met. Responsibilities will include the training of staff members in service: safety, policies, and procedures, as well as the identification and correction of potential work problems/ safety issues. He or she will coordinate with the Service Manager in effectively managing the work schedule.
