Grounded by our sense of purpose, we offer a meaningful, friendly and dynamic work environment.The Indigenous Digital Accelerator (IDA) aims to enable Indigenous entrepreneurs to build strong, sustainable businesses that have a positive impact on communities, revenue generation and job creation.What you’ll doThe Administrative Facilitator is passionate about Indigenous owned and led startups and is committed to supporting their growth/sustainability. They are a dynamic, highly organized, collaborative, self-directed and skilled individual. They support fundraising, budgeting, project and event management, client intake and project acceleration. The Administrative Facilitator will work under the direction of the IDA Manager.

  • Liaise and coordinate information distribution, communications, and IDA reports. Acting as an ambassador for the program in community.
  • Coordinates and prepares reports and presentation summaries for senior leadership and IDA funding agencies including government partners and donors. Assisting with evaluation and metrics.
  • Tracks, monitors and reconciles budget expenditures
  • Supports grant writing and submissions
What you’ll bring
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business Administration or Finance.
  • 3 or more years in related and progressively senior administrative support or project coordination. Experience in Indigenous led projects an asset.
  • Experience with fundraising and prospect development an asset.
  • Experience with university innovation processes and systems considered an asset.
