With 12 departments with individual areas of expertise, we ensure Community Members have access to necessary programs and services.About The OpportunityWorking as an integral part of the Ta7lneẁás Education, Employment and Training Department, this position reports directly to the Team Leader, Training and Trades Centre. This position is responsible for providing teaching strategies, tutoring support, assisting instructors with teaching and non-instructional tasks, and supporting students through their educational journey with the TTC. The incumbent is responsible for working directly with students in the classroom setting; developing, implementing, and demonstrating learning techniques to support students with their studies. This position collaborates with tutors regarding student needs and their progress with the learning material. The incumbent will provide written reports regarding student progress and develop lesson plans to support the student. The position works primarily according to established policies and procedures, operates at a high level of people interaction, and must be able to respond with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.What You Bring
