As the public’s primary point of contact for the division, you will provide information and assistance at the Development Services counter, on the phone and via e-mail on matters related to departmental activities and procedures with an emphasis on the areas of permits, licences, planning and environment. Proven excellence in customer service is essential.Duties will include accepting, reviewing, processing and issuing permits and business licenses; providing information related to permits, licenses, and relevant bylaws; receiving and booking inspections; calculating fees and processing payments; receiving and processing requests for service; providing staff support and performing general departmental activities; and preparing a variety of documents.You have:
