Working within the Administrative Support team, the DDA will be responsible for assisting the Administrative Support Supervisor in day-to-day administration and performing support tasks for the area. The Administrative Support team ensures exceptional service to a wide range of clients across the University and facilitates communication between the University and the distinct business units within Facilities Services & Campus Planning. Duties will include compiling, preparing, and producing a wide variety of materials; records and file management; operational support; assisting with promotional/event activities; meeting logistics, minute taking and calendar coordination; identifying and communicating issues for administrative action. The incumbent receives direction from the Administrative Support Supervisor position and reports to the Director, Facilities and Campus Planning.What you’ll bring
