Job Description

We offer an award-winning line of premium and natural cleaning products.We are undergoing a digital transformation by leveraging technology to drive customer and employee satisfaction.Who you areYou are a Web Administrator well versed in Shopify, designing and developing, maintaining and troubleshooting websites. You thrive in IT space and have a keen interest in adopting cutting-edge technologies to business needs, and sorting out software issues.About the Role

  • Manage daily operations for AspenClean, including content management, product set-up, promotions, Shopify Apps and analytics
  • Leverage website analytics, research and other data sources to understand performance and customer interaction, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Brief new content requirements for aspenclean.com and Amazon, ensuring these sites convey AspenClean’s brand story and product benefits, while meeting customer needs
  • Responsible for content management on Amazon marketplaces, including product content and brand store, keyword optimization, product titles, and setting up promotions
  • Troubleshoot order issues in collaboration with supply chain and customer service teams
  • Review weekly ecommerce performance. Keep all reporting and tracking up to date
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy, working in collaboration with external agencies as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to build and execute campaigns and sales
  • Participate in development and refinement of site UX and website capabilities in alignment with growth strategies. Responsibilities may include research, briefings, design review, QA and UAT
  • Maintain documentation relevant to website operations and processes
  • Own the customer review program, identifying actionable improvements
  • Support digital marketing and channel expansion efforts
  • Be an integral part of the Aspen Clean Team.
Key Requirements
  • 3-5 years of B2C or SAAS eCommerce experience
  • Previous experience using Shopify, Amazon and or other ecommerce platforms on a daily basis
  • Extensive experience briefing, reviewing and uploading website content and assets
  • Understanding of key ecommerce KPIs and how to optimize for them
  • Familiar with best practices for web content, conversion optimization, site hierarchy and organization, accessibility and site speed optimization
  • Google analytics experience- both analysis and set-up
  • Experience with building and executing on SEO strategies
  • Understanding of how to work with design and technical teams to build and operate websites
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of ecommerce supply chain and fulfilment
  • Knowledgeable of UAT best practices
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Analytically driven, with proven success in translating data into insights and action
  • You have strong communication skills and a track record of strong collaboration across teams
  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing business conditions and priorities
