We have grown to become a major general contractor and design-builder, with a progressive and multi-disciplined group of companies delivering specialized paving, concrete, milling, reclaiming and recycling services, as well as multi-span bridge construction and innovative concrete structure solutions to clients throughout British Columbia.BA Blacktop Ltd. is currently looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at our North Vancouver Location.Key Tasks:Maintains employee files, filing all necessary paperwork in employee paper and electronic filesMaintain filing systemsAssist in the preparation of documents, including but not limited to employment letters, forms and other business correspondence.Maintains human resources records by tracking documentations, terminations and vacation time.Word processes, scans, files, photocopies, etc. a variety of materials such as letters, memos, and reportsProvide overall administrative support to the Human Resources department, as well as to other functions where required.Recruitment AdministrationTraining AdministrationParticipate in HR projectsEssential QualificationsAbility to perform duties with minimal supervision and to contribute effectively in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and time managementExcellent communication (oral and written) skillsAbility to work with confidential material and situationsProficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
