The position provides front line customer service to donors, sponsors and alumni, in support of the Philanthropy and Alumni Relations PAR) department’s engagement and fund development goals. Working collaboratively with the PAR team, under the guidance of the Director, Philanthropy & Alumni Relations, and the Philanthropy Operations Officer will work collaboratively with the data analyst to ensure that sponsorships and donations are processed, tracked and fulfilled in a timely and appropriate manner. The Officer supports the administrative needs of PAR team and routinely interacts with senior university administrators, faculty members, deans, key volunteers, donors and prospects on behalf of the Director.The Philanthropy, Officer is privy to confidential information and must exercise appropriate judgment in adhering to privacy laws.
