You will do this by fostering a working environment that is open, collaborative and student-centered in its approach to customer service. You will responsible for providing front line services to students and the general public on a wide range of topics pertaining to university policies, programs and services. We are looking for someone to help us build on our commitment to student success while also seeking out new opportunities for collaboration with our campus partners as they will provide input and recommendations on how to streamline and improve existing processes within the Registrar’s Office.
