We are currently seeking a rock star sales person & Team captain for this upcoming year.We are looking for a Gardening sales person / estimator, and We are also looking for someone who can sell all types of gardening jobs, or wants to be trained to sell them. Of course you must have landscaping (Gardening) experience and the ability to do quality control to a high level. The Team Captain role with us is 10% quality control and 90% sales as our sales people are also there in the morning to start our crews off, go over job specific notes and details, and do site audits.Our growth is massively exceeding our staff which means its time to hire a few more staff. We take so much pride in our work its no wonder we cant keep up! We treat our employees and our customers like our business depends on it - because that is 100% true and we know it. Do you want to learn the craft from the best Then apply.- We also want the best of the best for our staff. - if this is you then apply immediately with your experience.We surround ourselves with people we like to be around, which is why we are all hard working professionals who are also a bunch of goof balls.A drivers license and comfort driving pickup trucks, is required.Previous work experience in Sales landscaping, horticulture, gardening, and construction.What about the job- We are looking for someone to meet with customers from our warm leads, help them realize their beautiful backyard dream, work within their budget, and design and quote their projects. After the consultation/estimation phase work closely with the operations manager to ensure the project is created as it was designed.

• Receive and manage incoming sales enquiries (phone, email and other sources) The office handles most of this admin and then forwards on worthwhile leads to the sales person!
• Primarily responsible for all aspects of preparing, completing and presenting full cost estimates/proposals to customer requests on projects.
• Follow up throughout the sales process, track and analyze sales results.
• Identifying scope of work, labor, material, and time requirements by client on-site meetings, studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related bidding documents.
• Document how the job costs were arrived at.
• Ability to read and understanding drawings, blueprints, construction plans and written specifications.
• Demonstrates leadership and a desire to grow within the company
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong written and oral communicator in English
• Excellent time management, planning and problem-solving abilities
• Thrives on meeting new people and building relationships
• Highly motivated, energetic, person who works independently with an ability to work effectively to deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a faced paced environment ï‚· Great team player that is professional, personable and conscientious
• Must have advanced working knowledge of all typically software programs/apps used in construction estimating environment such as MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat. We use LMN software for estimating but that can be taught.
