  • Provides support and training to students, faculty, staff and the general public on the use of University owned technology, such as computers, network resources, software, applications, printers, audio visual equipment, instructor podiums, document cameras, projection devices and smart boards.
  • Coordinates the IT service desk (and/or other related) mailboxes, the front service counters, telephones and the equipment booking system and logs and processes requests/incidents/problems related to all services supported by IT Services.
  • Creates new requests/incidents through the official Service Management tool and regularly updates records when new information is received or requests/incidents are resolved.
  • Records, troubleshoots, escalates, resolves and closes incidents and requests related to all technology across campuses.
  • Provides users with updates on incidents and service requests in a timely fashion.
What you’ll bring
  • Completion of a one year post-secondary diploma in Information technology, computer science, media services, audio visual or related field.
  • One year of directly related work experience.
  • Foundations certificate in ITIL V4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) For Windows Environment:
