Grounded by our sense of purpose, we offer a meaningful, friendly and dynamic work environment.As a member of the IT Services team, you will focus on the day-to-day operations and the ticketing tools in order to improve our response time and service quality in the Client Services group. You will be leading areas of customer service in IT operations by monitoring workloads, escalating issues, reviewing tickets, providing reports and reviewing interactions between our analysts and clients, and proposing improvements in procedures and processes. We are looking for someone to help us continue to build our quality of service and exceptional experiences for our employee and student community. You will work with a team of talented IT Services professionals, an engaged community and an impactful executive team.Do you share our purpose and passionWhat you’ll do

  • Supervises the assigned team including planning and coordinating workflow, assigning, prioritizing and checking work assignments, training new and existing staff and provides input on performance evaluations of staff, and advises the Manager, Client Services of any staff issues.
  • Maintains high level customer service standards and introduces improvements as directed by the Manager, Client Services
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and updated
  • Extracts weekly and monthly reports on incident trends and recommends improvements/solutions
What you’ll bring
  • Completion of a two year diploma or higher level degree in information technology or other technology areas
  • Four years of directly related work experience, one year within a senior level capacity.
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Must have Foundations certificate in ITIL V4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
  • Must have CompTIA A+ or equivalent
  • Must have at least one relevant industry certification (e.g., MCSA, MTA, CCNA, ACTC)
