Thisincludes:

  • Systems administration and technical support
  • Level 3 (senior) problem analysis and root cause analysis
  • Performance tuning, capacity planning and analysis
  • Technical implementation planning and delivery
  • Scripting and automating maintenance tasks
  • Consulting with application development teams
You will work closely with IT professionals and build experience supporting this emerging and well sought after technology.Position RequirementsThe following technical support experience will be required:
  • Data management platform hosting, application hosting, integration hosting, and/or equivalent systems administration
experience in an enterprise environment
  • Java or .NET application platforms administration
  • Scripting skills and automation techniques (e.g. shell scripts, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Experience with data science software (R, Python) and version control systems (SVN, etc.)
The following specified technical skills are highly desired:
  • Windows Server and UNIX/Linux systems administration
  • Web infrastructure configuration (Proxies, Network Load Balancers, Firewalls, PKI)
  • Alerting and Monitoring technologies (Splunk, Nagios)
  • Directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)
