Youth Protection – Multi servicesSTATUS : Temporary full-time (35 hours/week) Replacement f Maternity LeavePLACE OF WORK : Telework with occasional trips to NunavikIMMEDIATE SUPERIOR : Assistant to the DYPSTARTING DATE : As soon as possibleFUNCTIONS:Person whom, under the authority of the Director of Youth Protection and his assistant, participates in the process of welcoming, training and supervision of employees. The person performs correctional activities for the various teams. The person performs design activities, standardizes clinical documents and participates in the creation of reception guides and notebooks specific to each service. The person may be called upon to participate in clinical tasks in support of stakeholders and management teams. The person will participate in management development activities and may be required to perform administrative tasks. The person may support some visits and meetings with out-of-territory clients. The person will be required to travel to Nunavik on occasion for multidisciplinary meetings.QualificationsMust withhold a first terminal University Diploma in Human Sciences in : Social Services, Criminology, Psychology, Psycho-EducationIn the absence of an HRO application that meets all the requirements of the position, a candidate with a technique in an appropriate discipline (ex.: social work, special education, delinquency intervention, etc.) may be considered.
