About Us: Krasniuk Construction is locally owned, and was established in 1974 by Paul Krasniuk in Landmark, MB. Paul started his business in residential foundations and flatwork and in a short period of time, Paul built a reputation of quality and punctuality which organically expanded the company. Today, Pauls two sons,Richard and Jonathan, have primarily been running the company and have maintained Krasniuk Constructions integrity - dissatisfaction from any of our clients is unacceptable. At Krasniuk Construction, we will always take the time to discuss important details or concerns when identified. Although the origins of our company and our focus during summer is on concrete, our focus brisklyswitches over to snow clearing during winter! We have three concrete pump trucks, thirteen company vehicles and five pieces of excavation equipment no older than five years in our fleet.Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for punctual men/women with a diligent work ethic and an ability to assess site conditions and make rapid decisions. We are looking for someone with a calm personality because it is a very high pace work environment with many variables. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, and understands heavy equipment and hydraulics. We are looking for someone who has the ability to adapt to situations and read concrete types. If you are not familiar with these aspects, we will work with you but you will have to be able to learn quickly. Your salary will be a direct reflection of your work ethic and integrity and there is always room for growth in your income and benefits within the company. Responsabilities: Operating a pump truck to various locations in and out of the city. Youll need a minimum of a Class 3 Licence with air enforcement. You will be pumping at various residential and commercial sites.Qualifications: We will be putting more emphasis on character than work experience during these interviews.
