Job Description

Consortium Staffing Solutions, a Toronto-based recruitment firm, is currently seeking a qualified Bookkeeper to join our client #39;s team in Oakville, ON. Specializing in providing superior recruitment solutions to businesses throughout Ontario and other provinces, our firm is dedicated to connecting qualified professionals with rewarding opportunities, we are excited to present this opportunity to a candidate possessing the requisite skills and expertise.Location: Oakville,ON Job Type: Full Time Permanent Wage: Up to $25/hr (Based on experience)Timing: 7:30am-3:30pm Days: Monday to FridayDutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support financial operations.
Skills amp; Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Bookkeeping.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in using Quickbooks..
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in sensitive matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
