You #39;ll lead a team, connect with the community, and deliver an experience that transforms lives.

  • Own Studio Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothly every dayclean, organized, professional, and full of energy.
  • Drive Membership Sales: Take charge of the sales process from start to finishgenerate leads, conduct consultations, and close memberships. Expect to make 50+ outbound calls daily and drive your team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Inspire and Lead Your Team: Recruit, onboard, and coach front desk staff and Flexologists. Create a culture of excellence, ownership, and motivation.
  • Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and inspired to return.
  • Manage Performance Metrics: Track and respond to daily KPIs with strategic plans that ensure consistent studio growth.
  • Build Community Connections: Engage with local Oakville businesses, organize outreach events, and position StretchLab as a wellness leader in the community.
  • Problem Solve Like a Pro: Tackle challengestechnical or operationalwith grace and urgency, keeping the studio running like clockwork.
Who You Are
  • Experienced Leader: 13 years of management experience in fitness, wellness, or a service-driven business.
  • Sales-Driven: A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Wellness-Focused: You believe in the power of movement and love helping others feel their best.
  • Quick Thinker and Collaborator: Confident making decisions in real time and supporting team success.
  • Organized and Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systemsClubReady experience is a plus.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the team and members.
  • Positive Culture Builder: Brings energy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to every shift.
Compensationamp; Perks
  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • Expected Total Compensation: $75,000$80,000 (with bonus + commission)
  • Top Performers Can Earn $100,000+

    Compensation:
    • Base Salary: $45,000
    • On-Target Earnings: $75,000–$80,000 (base + bonus + commission)
    • Top Performers: $100,000+ annually
