Job DescriptionJob DescriptionARE YOU A PASSIONATE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL THAT GETS THE JOB DONE, WHO ENJOYS A FAMILY OFFICE ENVIRONMENT WITH DOGS, COMFORTABLE TO GO INTO THEIR WAREHOUSE TO CHECK PRODUCT ORDERS--INDUSTRIAL SIZE PAPER PRODUCTS--AND ASSIST WITH OFFICE/ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS SUCH AS ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS TO ASSIST YOUR TEAM ... IF YOUR ANSWERS ARE YES TO ALL OF THESE, PLEASE READ ON !PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE, HOURS ARE 8a. - 4:30p. Responsibilities -

  • Assist in answering all incoming calls
  • Schedule delivery appointments for delivery/pick up with truck transportation carrier
  • Schedule outgoing freight for orders
  • Advise customers of order status as required
  • Ensure customers are advised within 12 hours of their inventory status if requested
  • Maintain inventory of select customer goods
  • Data enter customer orders into ACCESS--in house system--labels need to be printed ensure skids are made or ordered, schedule job order, order has to be approved by management
  • When order is complete, prepare roll usage report, packing slipsamp; invoice
  • Email documentation to customers
  • learn customer systems (2)amp; use their system to produce documents to ship
  • MS Office--Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.--experience required
  • Math skills, work in both metricamp; imperial
