We offer challenging and meaningful careers with competitive benefits and flexible work arrangements.Summary of the JobThe R amp;D Pilot Operator will maintain process testing systems to support the Technology Team #39;s validation process for new product introductions at pilot levels and full-scale customer sites.Key Characteristicsâ— Honestyâ— Accountabilityâ— TeamworkDutiesamp; Responsibilities:â— Conduct tests for water and wastewater products and systems, including monitoring,documentation, chemical dosing, inspections, and communication with test leaders.â— Perform analytical laboratory tests and document the results accurately to characterizeprocess water samples.â— Regularly maintain and modify fluid system components such as PVC piping spools, valves,pumps, blowers, and calibrate instruments.â— Collaborate closely with suppliers to source and procure fluid system components andconsumables, ensuring accurate and timely billing and invoicing.â— Collaborate with the team on health and safety, maintenance, and improvement activities toensure safe and efficient facility operationsâ— Provide on-call and weekend support for the testing facility, as needed.â— Act as backup for Guelph pilot operator, as needed.
