Maximum Pest Control Services:Looking for Full Time Licensed pest control technicianamp; Wildlife removal specialist to join our team in Oakville ON. As an exterminator with Maximum, you would be responsible for solving people pest problemsamp; able to do the following –quot;rodent, bedbugs, flees, flies, attic inspection, raccoon #39;s, squirrels, house roof inspectionamp; climbing quot; – in a variety of residential and commercial settings.If you arequot;A Licensed Exterminator quot;amp; have wildlife experience to work in an environment that provides stability quick growth opportunities with added bonuses, Maximum in Oakville, want to hear from you to come join us.General Duties:

  • Pest Control Jobs include interior and exterior building inspections
  • Identify pests, infested areas and entry points
  • Prepare and apply treatments according to MOEamp; IPM standards
  • Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers Produce reports for work performed
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario structural exterminator license ONLY!
  • Valid G license with clean driving record
  • Experience in Pest Controlamp;quot;Wildlife removal preferred quot;
  • Proven customer relations skillsamp; sales
  • Be a Team player
This position requires some physical labour, climbing on ladders, small repairs, attic inspection, roof climbingamp; inspection, maintaining vehicle organized and clean at all time.Salary:Receive a bi-weekly salary. Commission sales on every sales, equipped with a company vehicle, equipment and supplies, company paid phone.The Ideal Candidate:
  • Can demonstrate strong communication with the office and customer service skills
  • Can be empathetic to customer main concerns, has good listening and observation skills
  • Is self-motivated and can work individually and as part of a team
  • Is adaptable and open to learning new things
  • Takes pride in their work and work product
  • Wildlife exclusion experience is a plus - make more income easily
