Join us and Apply today!What you will be doingPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops a vision and strategy for the evolution of application development and support services including break/fix, root cause analysis, maintenance, operational improvementsamp; optimization.
  • Manages enterprise production applications for maximized uptime and availability for business units.
  • Integrate application support activities with existing Innomar ITIL processes related to Incident, problem and Change Management.
  • Applies proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the team and vendor partners on the design, development, and deployment of production application maintenance and optimization changes
  • Partners with business and project technical teams to create and implement applications to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct resource planning to meet both project and tactical requirements
  • Act as a resource for assessing application changes from a risk and resource impact perspective
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to application support resources to ensure their continued effectiveness
  • Responsible for staff including hiring, training, evaluations, and termination.
  • Develop and enforce a consistent code management methodology and discipline
  • Performs various administrative duties such as reviewing service level agreements, contacting vendors, generating hardware and software requests, and developing appropriate resolution plans.
  • Manage the departmental budget to ensure effective use of funds and compliance with budget targets and outsource vendor contract terms and conditions
What your background should look like EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS or MS degree in computer science, business or related fields preferred
  • Minimum of at least 8 years’ experience in related field
  • Previous experience working in HealthCare domain andor Supply Chain domain preferred
  • ITIL foundation, service management
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lead dynamically and energize multi-discipline work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes and technology
  • Solid project management skills including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of various diverse scope in a cross-functional environment
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate with customers, associates and management
  • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook
  • 20% travel
