Job Description

We at Rebecca Dental are dedicated at providing exceptional dental care for all our patients. Our ideal candidate maintains excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, is highly organized, a commitment to patient satisfactionamp; comfort.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients as they arrive at the dental office
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for dental procedures
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Manage patient records and update information in the dental office system ( Dentrix, Recallmax.)
  • Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
  • Collect payments and provide financial information to patients
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in an administrative role in a medical or dental office is preferred
Skills:DENTRIX IS A MUST
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
  • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and paperwork efficiently
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and billing processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our dental office.
