Join us and Apply today!What you will be doingPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clinics Coordinator is primarily responsible for all clinics in assigned region but assist in other regions as required, collaborating with Business Area Managers and Nurses
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to all clinic processes, project requirements and issues;
  • Ensuring compliance with required policies and procedures;
  • Invoice tracking for clinics;
  • Development and implementation of QA processes related to clinic processes;
  • Maintain clinic audit records in accordance with department policies and reconciliation of monthly/annual clinic check lists;
  • Organization and tracking of inventory of all Innomar clinics;
  • In collaboration with nursing and scheduling managers, facilitate clinic supply/set up to achieve clinics capacity and utilization targets for all Innomar clinics in assigned region
  • Maintain and update the Clinics and Nursing Database
  • Approves all nurse orders on the portal
  • Manage daily emails/requests from nurses
  • Place clinic office supply/equipment orders for all clinics
  • Source movers/handymen for clinic moves
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager and Business Area managers with new clinic openings and clinic moves
  • Communicate with outsource vendors/suppliers (ie; waste management, Vitalaire/Telus/Cable providers, etc)
  • Responsible for Preventative Maintenance program implementation and tracking of all medical equipment in clinics
  • Maintain and review/investigate smart sheet lab fridge temperatures anddata logger information/track/follow up
  • Manage temperature/medication excursions and follow up with final reports
  • The Clinics Coordinator will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.
What your background should look like EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 2 years #39; experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or similar);
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance auditing role and quality management system is an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Adaptability to change and to learn new skills as required;
  • Bilingualism, French/English is an asset; required for Quebec region.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Effective organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Visio and other Office Programs
