Job Description

As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts to support your clients in achieving their goals. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the way we serve our communities. We will empower you to enrich lives and achieve amazing results by doing what you do best.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: From $21.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, alternating schedule from 8:45AM to 4:15 PM ET / 10AM to 6:45PM ETTake an inside look at what you will do each day:

  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions
  • Collect and graph data
  • Maintain client binders and materials
  • Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff
  • Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Uphold Centre policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House
  • Attend Monarch House social and public events
Here is what you will need to be successful
  • Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning
  • Registered Behavior Technicianâ„¢ (RBTâ„¢) certification or willingness to complete training for RBT certification (within 3 mos.)
  • Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • Must be open to 2-3 evening shifts a week
