Join the Cornerstone Crew!Member Service Representative II - Odessa and Indian Head BranchesBe Part of Something . . . . .We're looking for an attentive Member Service Representative II with great communication skills to join our team by working at our Odessa and Indian Head Branches of Cornerstone Credit Union!As the Member Services Representative II it would be your job to provide a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as accounts, consumer deposit products, terms, RRSP's and TFSA's to our new and existing members in a friendly, genuine way!Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services the Member Service Representative II will processes member transactions, deliver member information, promote credit union deposit services and make referrals.This position is considered Salaried Part Time (35.50 hours per week). 2 days at our Odessa Branch and 3 days at our Indian Head Branch.What we are looking for . . . . .To be considered for our Member Service Representative (Rural) position, you must have post-secondary education in business and up to one year of related customer service experience or equivalent combination of education or experience.If you already know about the features and benefits of credit union products and services that's an extra bonus!You must be able to recognize cross selling opportunities, make or refer sales, handle cash properly and have strong verbal and written communication skills.A commitment to continuous learning and development is an important part of being on our team as well as taking pride in caring for our members and providing top-notch customer service!We Say We Care, and We Mean ItCornerstone Credit Union is a caring and compassionate organization.
