Precision Agricultural Services Inc., a subsidiary of Cargill Limited, is a full-service agricultural retail business with 4 facilities located in southeast Saskatchewan, specializing in Crop Nutrition, Crop Protection, and Pedigreed Seed.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Territory Sales Manager will help sell a portfolio of our fertilizer, chemical and seed products, services and differentiated solutions directly to current and new customers. We seek a professional who will proactively build knowledge of the business, financials, products and services, the market or account needs. Key AccountabilitiesInform customers of our new products, services and prices.With general supervision, build, monitor and revise lead generation plans to develop substantive sales opportunities.Help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.Support development and delivery of sales bids, proposals and presentations and help conduct product demonstrations.Help execute medium- to long-term sales plans, supporting strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in agriculture or related disciplineMinimum of two years of related work experienceMust be able to work outside of business hours seasonallyMust possess a Canadian drivers license in good standingMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated understanding of agriculture industry and agronomic practicesPrevious customer relationship management and sales experiencePrevious independent and team-based work experienceCargill is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodation to our job applicants with disabilities.Quick Apply
