Job Description

Conduct in-depth career assessments to identify clients #39; strengths, skills, interests, and values.Assist clients in setting SMART career goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound).Develop personalized career development plans that include resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and networking guidance.Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients as they implement their career development plans.Stay up-to-date on current labor market trends and career opportunities in Canada.Deliver workshops or presentations on relevant career development topics (optional).Maintain accurate client records and progress reportsRequirementsBachelor #39;s degree in a related field (counseling, human resources, psychology, etc.) preferred.Certification from a recognized Canadian career coaching board (e.g., Certified Career Counselor (CCC) from the National Career Development Association (NCDA) or ICF).Minimum of 3 years of experience as a career coach or related field.Strong understanding of career development theories and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with career coaching software are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive payoutOpportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects.Stable work environment with a growing company.
