Advisor Continuous ImprovementHuman Services/Strategic InitiativesThe Role...The Advisor will lead and manage the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and Business Process Management (BPM) within the Human Services Department aligned to the Human Services Plan strategic objectives and Term of Council Priorities.This position will also provide expertise supporting the capability and effectiveness of the Human Services processes, including analysis, interpretation and development in accordance with legislative and operational requirements.The position will work collaboratively with leadership, process owners and staff to develop, cultivate and strengthen departmental capacity for business process management, continuous improvement and innovation.
