Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. The Finance Intern will assist with a variety of accounting and financial tasks, gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and day-to-day finance operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation for a career in finance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and spreadsheets.
  • Support the team with data entry, account reconciliations, and record keeping.
  • Help monitor and analyze financial data and trends.
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
  • Conduct research on financial trends, competitors, or industry benchmarks.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation.
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
