We’ve got a fantastic team on the ground in the Toronto area and are growing quickly in Canada - now we need a talented Marketing Manager to help us achieve our brand and growth targets.Starting in January 2023, you will help us promote EP to school districts and private schools throughout Canada, build our brand, and fill the funnel with great leads for our sales team. You’ll also have the exciting opportunity to build and grow your own marketing team over time.We’re looking for someone who can:

• Lead the Way: Lead vision, strategy and planning for all marketing in Canada, in close collaboration with our sales team
• Get things done: Efficiently execute a wide range of high-quality marketing campaigns and activities from start to finish.
• Tell great stories: Take the lead on creating and running new social accounts for Education Perfect Canada to build brand awareness and boost lead generation
• Spread the word: Actively seek out and support brand growth activities, including partnerships, conferences and events
• Enjoy the nitty-gritty: From building landing pages to registration forms, contact list creation and workflows, webinar set-up to conference merch - your strong work ethic and attention to detail will ensure success.
• Be data-driven: Regularly analyse and review activity effectiveness and apply learnings to our future marketing efforts.

What we need from you (essential):

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Undergraduate qualification in Marketing
• Hubspot Marketing experience
• Design skills and familiarity with the Adobe suite
• Experience establishing and running social media accounts
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time-management skills - able juggle multiple projects at once
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Right to live and work in Canada (preferably in the GTA)

We’d also love (desirable):

• 5+ years experience in a Marketing role (ideally in SaaS)
• Growth marketing experience
• Experience with, or interest in, K-12 education
• Copywriting and/or video-editing experience

Good to know:

• You will work very closely with our Toronto-based team, which currently consists of a Sales Lead, Senior Account Executive, Sales Development Representative and two Teacher Consultants.
• You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with regular opportunities to connect in-person at our Toronto Wework office.
• The role reports directly to our Melbourne-based Head of Global Marketing Operations and will also be supported by a number of global marketing roles, including a talented Brand & Product Marketing team.
