Are you a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with a passion for oncology and central nervous system (CNS) research We #39;re seeking a dedicated and experienced CRA to join our dynamic team in Toronto. If you #39;re ready to make a significant impact in the field of clinical research, we want to hear from you!Position: Contract Clinical Research Associate (Oncology and CNS)Location: Toronto, CanadaType: Contract (12-24 months)About Us:At MRL Consulting Group, we are partnered with a boutique CRO who are currently expanding their team and looking for a talented CRA. Thier mission is to improve the lives of patients suffering from oncological and CNS conditions. They are dedicated to making a real difference in the world of clinical research.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials in oncology and CNS.
  • Ensure adherence to study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, and site staff to facilitate the smooth execution of trials.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including monitoring reports and study files.
  • Support study startup activities, including site identification and feasibility assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in a related field (Life Sciences, Nursing, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience, with a strong background in oncology and CNS trials.
  • Proficiency in ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
