Depending on the project, they should have extensive experience in modules. Greater thangt;5 years experience and have completed at min 3 end to end SAP ECC implementations.We are looking for an experienced **Functional Lead SAP Salesamp; Distribution (SD) / Materials Management (MM)** to join our team. The Functional Lead will play a critical role in leading SAP implementation projects and managing ongoing support and optimization of the SAP SD and MM modules. You will act as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring that SAP solutions meet the organization #39;s needs and align with industry best practices.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Salesamp; Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules to support business processes.- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design SAP solutions to address these needs.- Provide subject matter expertise in SAP SD/MM modules, ensuring optimal use of system functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and production, to ensure smooth SAP integration and system efficiency.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, recommending SAP enhancements and optimizing business processes through the effective use of the system.- Lead, mentor, and train junior team members and end-users to ensure successful project outcomes and knowledge transfer.- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD/MM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.- Stay current with the latest SAP innovations, updates, and best practices, and advise the organization on their potential impact.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.- **5+ years of hands-on experience** with SAP SD and MM modules, including full-cycle implementations.- Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications for SAP solutions.- Expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration in Salesamp; Distribution and Materials Management.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants or team members.
